Welcome to BS77 (hereinafter referred to as "BS77", "we", "us", or "the Company"). BS77 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible via bs77.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform offers a range of services including but not limited to live dealer casino games, sports wagering, slot games, and related promotional services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and BS77. This Agreement applies to all users who access or use the Platform in any capacity, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the website without an account.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the BS77 Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and that you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Registration and use of the BS77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied in full:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. BS77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process. Any Account found to have been created by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be forfeited pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under any form of legal restriction may not register an Account.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing BS77 from your location is lawful.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one Account on the BS77 Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether in the same name or using different personal details, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. BS77 reserves the right to verify all registration data and to suspend any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

To access the full range of services available on BS77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must also create a secure password and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, BS77 requires all Accounts to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Malaysian MyKad, international passport, or other government-issued photo identification document. You may also be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BS77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security measures. You must notify BS77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Account Verification Timeline

BS77 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. During periods of high volume, verification may take up to 72 hours. BS77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending successful verification.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions and your compliance therewith, BS77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software underlying the Platform;
• Access the Platform using automated means, bots, scripts, or crawlers;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control feature of the Platform.

BS77 reserves the right to monitor Platform activity, investigate suspected violations of these Terms, and take appropriate action including Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

BS77 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Malaysian-native payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player has opted to use a supported cryptocurrency. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on BS77 is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may range up to RM30,000 per transaction, or up to RM50,000 for DuitNow transfers. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are set at the Account tier level.

6.3 Processing Times

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited instantly upon payment confirmation. FPX and bank transfer deposits typically settle within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations. Withdrawal processing times vary by Account tier: standard accounts within 24 hours; Silver tier within 6 hours; Gold tier same-day processing.

6.4 Payment Method Restrictions

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a payment method not matching your verified Account identity may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

BS77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any bonus-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are intended for personal use by the registered Account holder only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) as specified in the relevant promotion. A wagering requirement of 10x means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The maximum stake permitted during active bonus play is RM250 per round or bet unless otherwise specified. Placing bets exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates apply: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10–20%; certain game types may contribute 0% and are excluded from wagering progression.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• BS77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour bonuses already credited to Accounts prior to such change.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

BS77 monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic low-risk wagering on high-contribution games to satisfy rollover requirements. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses revoked and winnings derived from such activity forfeited.

All games available on the BS77 Platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming rules apply across all products:

• All slot games on BS77 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for statistical fairness and unpredictability. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game interface.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of each respective table as displayed on-screen. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome determined by the dealer or studio system at the time of disconnection shall be final.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and handicaps are set at BS77's sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time prior to event commencement. Settled bets will not be revised based on post-settlement odds changes.
• In-play (live) sports bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at BS77's discretion without notice during the event.
• Malfunctions, whether technical or otherwise, void all related plays and wagers. In the event of a proven system error that results in an incorrect payout, BS77 reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits and void affected bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BS77 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under fictitious or borrowed identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Colluding with other Players in table games, poker, or any other game in which such collusion constitutes an unfair advantage;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over BS77's systems;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software — any such discovery must be reported to BS77 support immediately, and any winnings derived from exploitation of a known error are subject to forfeiture;
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy, or other technical means;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BS77 staff members or other Players.

BS77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and we provide a range of tools to help Players stay in control of their spending and time.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration limits and receive notifications when approaching their chosen threshold.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders showing time elapsed and total wagered during a session, configurable at 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired.
• Account Closure: Players who wish to close their Account entirely may contact BS77 support. All real money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method upon closure.

All content on the BS77 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of BS77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to view and use content on the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from BS77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BS77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

BS77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BS77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical outages may cause temporary service disruption. BS77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

BS77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider;
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of Account registration or verification;
• Regulatory direction or requirement from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, BS77 may withhold Player Funds pending investigation. Where termination is not caused by Player misconduct, all verified Real Money balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BS77 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any dispute as to its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Where a Player is based in Malaysia, BS77 acknowledges the application of Malaysian consumer protection principles to the extent required under applicable Malaysian law, including provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (as amended) where relevant.

BS77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, BS77 will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notification at least 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact BS77 support to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money balance.

The version of these Terms and Conditions currently in force is the version displaying the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. All prior versions are superseded by the current version.
